At the time this news cast was broadcast there were a record breaking number of MLS® listed homes littering Victoria Streets.  Fast forward 4 months and you see a steady decline in the number of choices.  So what does that mean to you?  Less choice generally means prices start to rise, or at the very least stop falling.  Less choices means that you will have to make a decision faster in order to secure the home you like.  Less choices means the vast majority of fishing expeditions are over which I welcome because it is painful to walk into a non-motivated buyers home, that is overpriced and is just giving other sellers false hope.

Christmas will no doubt seperate the sellers from the fisherman.
